Dear Sir/Madam,
Please find attached the Invitation to Tender (ITT), which includes the Bid Book for the Purchase, Supply & Installation of 34 Solar Street Lights in Dhusamareb (PR 028).
Take note of the following important dates:
1. Site Visit: There is a mandatory site visit (at bidder’s cost) to be conducted at the site and certificate signed by The Dhusamareb Mayor and SINAAN City Coordinator and submitted together with the filled out and signed bid book by the ITT deadline.
2 Bidder’s Conference: There will be a bidder’s conference where bidder’s will be guided on what is expected to be submitted in the Bid Book. This will be done virtually via a SINAAN Procurement Teams Meeting accessible in this link (https://nam04.safelinks.
3 Questions Date Deadline: All questions relating to this solicitation must be submitted electronically via email to: TIS3 SINAAN Team at sinaan.procurement@dt-global.
4. RFP Deadline: Saturday, 14 February 2026; 1600 hrs (4 pm) East Africa Time (EAT).
5. Submission: Submission (Physical & Electronically): Completed bid documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to: The Bid Committee, Dhusamareb Solar Street Lights (PR 028)Bids are to be delivered to and received at the Dhusamareb Municipality Office on or before 14 February 2026 at 4:00 pm. Bidders are also required to submit their bids by email (sinaan.tender@dt-global.com) as two separate PDF files – Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Both files MUST be password-protected, with the passwords to be provided in person on the bid opening day at the Dhusamareb Municipality Office in Dhusamareb. Bids received after the deadline date and time will not be considered and shall be returned to the bidders unopened.
