Invitation to Bid Tender for Procurement of locally sources for 11,800 standardized hygiene kits, each containing 20Lnon-
collapsible jerrycans, a20L bucket with a lid, Soap (for Bathing – Body Soap-250Grm), Soap 200grm (for Laundry), a
supply of water purification tablets (Aqua Tabs), sanitary pads in transporting from Baidoa to Dinsoor, Berdale, wajid and
hudur (Bay/Bakool, Southwest State of Somalia).

The Rural Education and Agriculture Development Organization (READO) has received a grant from donors IOM for the implementation of the
humanitarian aid operation entitled, effective emergency response in implementing projects in field sites for all programs therefore READO
requests you to submit price bid (s) for the Invitation to Provision of Procurement of Hygiene kits in Baidoa district, bay region Southwest State
of Somalia.
As listed on the attached READO Bid Form titled ‘ITB No. Annex an ITB NO BAI/01 January 2026.
The ITB details are as follows:
Tender Subject: Provision of Procurement of Hygiene Kits in (Bay/Bakool, Southwest State of Somalia).
ITB Period: 39 days
ITB Closure 08 February 2026 and 4:00 pm:
Minimum validity period: 39 days.
The following documents must be submitted in a hard copy in a sealed envelope for your Bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee:
1. The attached READO Bid Form (Annex A) must be completed and submitted in accordance with the ITB Instructions at Annex C. The
Delivery Period and Country of Origin must also be shown on the Bid Form.
2. The attached Tender and Contract Award Acknowledgement Certificate (Annex B) must complete and be duly authorized by an authorized
company representative and submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Invitation to Bid at Annex C.
