Dear Sir/Madam,
Please find attached the Invitation to Tender (ITT) and Financial Bid (in Excel) for the Purchase, Supply, and Installation of Materials for the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Baidoa (PR 022).
Take note of the following important dates:
1. Site Visit: There is a mandatory site visit (at bidder’s cost) to be conducted at the site and certificate signed by The Baidoa Mayor and SINAAN City Coordinator and submitted together with the filled out and signed bid book by the ITT deadline.
2. Bidder’s Conference: There will be a bidder’s conference where bidder’s will be guided on what is expected to be submitted in the Bid Book. This will be done virtually via a SINAAN Procurement Teams Meeting accessible in this link (https://teams.microsoft.

Submission: Submission (Physical & Electronically): Completed bid documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to: The Bid Committee, Baidoa SWM Equipment/Materials, MRF (PR 022)
Bids are to be delivered to and received at the Baidoa Municipality Office on or before 10 February 2026 at 4:00 pm. Bidders are also required to submit their bids by email (sinaan.tender@dt-global.com) as two separate PDF files – Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Both files MUST be password-protected, with the passwords to be provided in person on the bid opening day at the Baidoa Municipality Office in Baidoa. Bids received after the deadline date and time will not be considered and shall be returned to the bidders unopened.
Kindly read all the documentation carefully and understand the requirements in the ITT, ensuring you submit all the required documentation including filling out and signing the Bid Book.
